INTRODUCTION
Computer Science is the study of computers and computational systems, including their hardware, software, and how they interact with each other.
In the past few years, Computer Science has become one of the most popular majors in the world, but it has also become one of the majors with
highest dropout rate because students are not prepared for its coursework. To support future Computer Science majors, I created this guide and
designed it in a beginner-friendly way so any student can understand it.

Valencia College is an EXCELLENT place to start your college life because it offers many classes (in-person and online) that will help you
to pursue your desired degree. Even though Valencia College does not offer the complete Computer Science B.S., it provides a lot of important
classes required for the major at a lower cost than other universities. More importantly, taking classes at Valencia College will help you to have a
smooth transition to other major Florida universities such as UCF and UF, where you can complete your Computer Science B.S.
